Spec-Ops has a formal agreement with Software Freedom Conservancy for fiscal sponsorship. Conservancy is a US 501(c)(3) charitable organization (filings available). We are structured around a Project Leadership Committee, informed by a Sponsor Committee. The Project Leadership Committee charters Cohorts to work on Projects.
